We use your information to provide personalized responses and spiritual guidance, improve Small Voice's ability to reflect your journey with God, enhance app functionality, send important updates about the service, and provide customer support when needed.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in limited circumstances. We use OpenAI's API to power Small Voice's AI responses; your conversations are sent to OpenAI for processing but are not used by OpenAI to train their models. We may also share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the app, all bound by strict confidentiality, or when required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety. In the event of a merger or acquisition, users will be notified before any data transfer.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security audits and updates, limited access to personal data by authorized personnel only, and secure data storage with reputable cloud providers.

We retain journal entries and conversations for up to 2 years to improve our ability to serve you, after which they are automatically deleted. Account information is retained until you delete your account. Usage analytics are anonymized after 1 year.

Small Voice is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will take steps to delete the information immediately.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
